Appraisal Reconsideration Form
In compliance with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, is permitted to submit on your behalf, as an agent or consumer, and process the following reconsideration requests:
1. Request the appraiser to consider the additional property information and/or comparable properties.
2. Request the appraiser to provide further detail, support or explanation for their conclusions.
3. Request the appraiser to correct errors in the appraisal report.
Please fill out the attached form. The address and date of request is required along with your name, e-mail address and interest (loan officer, agent, consumer, etc.) in this real estate or refinance transaction. Please return the completed request at your earliest: firstname.lastname@example.org
All requests will be evaluated by qualified staff for completeness, compliance and validity. Once the request has been deemed valid, it will be passed onto the appraiser to review and reply.
If comparable properties are provided, it is helpful if MLS and/or Parcel numbers are included along with the property address. This assists the appraiser in identifying the specific property for consideration.
Please do not send any requests for a proposed, estimated or requested value. We is not permitted to process requests based solely on value.
